Giving E3 members what they want

Recent feedback from delegates at the Lisbon AGM suggest E3 is more than meeting the needs of member agencies…

Put simply, the aim of E3 is to give E3 members what they want. This is why there is a strong emphasis on sharing ideas and insights – because members have consistently told us that this is one of the strongest benefits of being an E3 member.

We were reassured to find that a survey conducted in Lisbon also showed that attendees felt they got great value from coming together as a network at such events. Overall satisfaction with the event was exceptionally high (97.5%), with the vast majority of respondents rating the meeting at the highest possible level.

When asked what they valued most, members highlighted connecting with other agencies and the networking opportunities created by the event. Agency-led sessions were also highly regarded, with many attendees appreciating the chance to learn directly from peers and hear real-world examples of how fellow agencies are tackling challenges and creating opportunities. Members expressed particular interest in topics such as AI, agency growth, new business development, sustainability and international collaboration. Perhaps the best praise came from several respondents who commented that the event was “difficult to improve upon”.

Together with Inspiration Hours, bootcamps, and the E3 Academy, the twice-yearly meetings create a uniquely valuable package that helps E3 members learn, collaborate and grow together. If you would like to share your thoughts on what else E3 could be doing, please reach out to Jordan Audenaert, E3 President.
