Every agency has one – they are the link between their agencies and the rest of the network. The reason for having them was that many people in the network sometimes need help from agencies in other countries. It might be a question about language. It might be because you’re pitching and want to look more global. It might just be because you are visiting somewhere and want advice. (We’re all tourists as well as marketers!)
