
Recommended Denmark Is Growing and Launching New Site
In spite of a world-wide recession, news from E3 Network agency member Recommended Denmark is good, with new clients, new staff hires and an upcoming new web site.
New Web Site to Launch
Recommended Denmark is launching a new dynamic web site in January 2010. The site will be very user-friendly and the content will be focused on showcasing creative solutions. The agency is has also hired a PR and Web Manager to ensure a high degree of relevance. Please visit recommended.dk.
Recommended now second largest in Denmark
Recommended is now the second largest advertising agency in Denmark. In the middle of a recession, which has been really tough on business everywhere, Recommended Denmark has experienced one of its best growth years ever and has overtaken Danish agency People Group.
Employing a Futurist
In October, Recommended Denmark employed futurist and sociologist Birthe Linddal Hansen. Birthe will be keeping Recommended and its clients updated on consumer trends, and she will be working as a strategic planner. Birthe is a specialist in food trends and has worked for Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies, amongst others.
New Executive Account Director
Recommended has hired Mie Krog as a new Executive Account Director. Mie is highly experienced in building strong brands, having former executive positions with companies including LEGO, Kims, Danish Supermarket Group, and JYSK. About her new position on the other side of the table, Mie says: "I look forward to coming closer to the core of the creative process. In recent years, I have worked a lot with optimization and production related processes, which have really developed me as a leader. But I look forward to spending more time on the dynamics and energy in the development of advertising business. In the end, an agency's existence relies on its creative thinking ability."
DMA Conference Report for Clients
In October, Recommended not only sent a task force to The Direct Marketing Association (DMA) in San Diego, they also gave their clients a chance to profit from the conference. By signing up for a special DMA newsletter, clients were able to read about the latest trends in direct marketing, interactive and online marketing through daily reports from the task force. Nordic Recommended cooperation behind Land Rover campaign
As Land Rover's new advertising campaign launching their new 2010 models - a Discovery 4, a Range Rover, and an updated ranger Rover Sport - is a result of a successful cooperation between Recommended Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. Three creative teams have worked simultaneously on the launching campaign, which is now shown in the three countries.
